Both O Bloods make up the majority of Envoys (Starseeds) around the World.
Reason for this is the Soul needs to match Frequency with the Body in order to incarnate into that body.
And O Bloods were physically brought here from Sirius B, who naturally have a higher frequency.
Alien Souls have an easier time getting into Alien Bodies (O Bloods).
