This looks like the typical result of Republicans saying things like:
"Didn't we just vote? Why are we voting again?"
"I'm really busy."
"No thanks, I'm good."
"The polls look good."
"I'll think about it."
"I don't know who that is."
"I only vote for the president."
"What has he done for me?"
"I'll vote in person on Election Day [in November]. I don't like voting early."
"You can't make me vote."
"The GOP needs to give us better candidates."
"I'll vote for the Democrat to make sure he loses."
These are some of the excuses for not voting Republican that I've heard from talking to Leaning Republican and Strong Republican voters.
