I JUST WANT TO EXPLAIN SOMETHING IMPORTANT AND VERY CULTURAL DIFFERENT THING BETWEEN THE US AND EUROPE.
Squatters or sqatting in the US is poor people living eligal in , unused property as a shelter.
In Europe, especially, Denmark and Germany, its a political movemet, where kids often politically driven young people, called BZ, meaning occupy old houses in city centers, as a means to save old fantastic classic houses
from being bulldosed down. We are talking fantastic quality 100 to 200 years old houses with ornaments, craftmanshifts and style beyound anything compared to the dredfull concrete squared boxes build today.
unfortunately theres big money in crushing 4-8 story high landmarks in the middle of Berlin and Copenhagen, since its then possible due to political regulations to sling up some shity crap and charge up to 10 times as much in rent for it, since its newly renovated or newly build ''to todays highest standards''.

So in Europe its not poor moneyless drifters who move in, its people who want to spend some of their time of their life to try and stop old city centers from being destroyed. Once gone its gone and no ordinary people can then pay to live there anymore, and within 10 years this concrete square box shit will look like a getto like seen all over.
Its all due to political mismanagement. Theres good money in it for the owners of those classic buildings to bulldose them down and put up somenew shit where only big immigrant families can afford to live there with loads of subsidies from the state for their 5-7 children family.
