Judges do not have the constitutional authority to govern what the president does or doesn't do. The military swears to support and defend the constitution. I believe, when the Supreme Court rules that these judges are violating the constitution they will be arrested by the military and then face military justice. Review Kavanaugh's confirmation with Graham.
