Never forget to strive to be totally honest with that little boy or girl inside you that keep leaving behind and recreating the childhood wounds that keep you in this insane cycle.

You are not the person you show and are that reacts. You are that whole beautiful child within you that you work so hard to keep down under the chains that your caretakers bound you with.
