For all you pasta lovers, here’s what you need to know about pasta in a nutshell:
The only pasta you should be buying is made in Italy with organic durum wheat, which should be extruded using a bronze-die.
It must only have 3 ingredients, wheat, eggs and salt. That's it! Bronze-die pasta is more expensive but it's such a game changer. It's 1000 times better in quality and actually sticks to the sauce!

I have to be gluten free and buy Andean Dream pasta. It’s also made in Italy or is an Italian company. It’s very good!
