"Swatting" is basically attempted assassination,
but in such cases,
could also be classified as "terrorism".

If terrorism is perpetrated by a group,
then they would be a "terror cell".

Yep, these SWATTERS are TERRORISTS in my book. Probably classified as Terrorists in our Republic Government's & Military's books, too.
