To be fair, a lot of the food in the "health food section" has labeling loopholes and other parlor tricks going on. I think this is why there is such a push for food as medicine and ideas that doctor's should be writing prescriptions for food. Fun fact: most people are not stupid, they do not need education on how to eat. (How did that food pyramid work out for us?) The reality is that they cannot afford the food they would probably like to eat.
