Sherry I use this brand and I get it on Amazon. I put two drops in my coffee or right onto my skin every other day. This is a great book that is available on Amazon as well

I have 5% Lugol and I take 2 drops in the mornings - with water.
Some say to put just a drop under the tongue for a while, then wash it down.
No directions on label 'what to use or when'
