A New Jersey school-bus aide who was on her phone while the disabled 6-year-old behind her strangled on her wheelchair harness has landed three years behind bars.

The victim's lawyer may also want to sue the manufacturer of the wheelchair, as it shouldn't be possible to strangle oneself, if only to make sure that this tragedy doesn't happen to anyone else.
