Sometimes people hold a core belief that is very strong and when they are presented with evidence that works against that belief, the new evidence cannot be accepted.

It creates a feeling that is extremely uncomfortable, called cognitive dissonance. And because it is so important to protect the core belief, they will rationalize with deceptive ideas, ignore and even deny anything that doesn't fit in with their core belief.

Thank you very much but it breaks my heart that I can’t reach them with common sense

After years of fruitless efforts towards waking folks up, about a year ago I quit.
People DO NOT want to change, and they know big news like this means things are going to change.
And some are just plain lazy, intellectually and physically. Duds. 😁

my family is financial community and similar. all banker world speak about the benefits of the global economy. and why it doesn’t matter that we are using an empty fiat dollar and that returning to real world assets like gold and silver backed currency are not worth a conversation. so much propaganda within the BIG industries to keep their workers siloed and silent to any questioning. exhausting to live in parallel worlds. And that I couldn’t POSSIBLY know more about finance than them. 😤🤬

Two things, the dollar will be traded 1for1 in the new economy and second people who have saved all their lives shouldn’t worry coz blockchain will eliminate criminal money. That’s how I read everything and ifn you made honest money you’re good. I may be wrong but that’s how I read it
