LOLOLOLOLOL Reverse psychology. Elon goes out there demanding reports on weekly achievements. Faces huge backlash. Agencies (with new leaders) say, "We'll do it ourselves." Elon backs down. Agencies conduct their own weekly reviews. People gladly do them because they don't have to turn them in to Elon and think they beat him. A win for democracy, they'll say. LOL Not realizing they're still having to do weekly reports on what they do. Brilliant!
