So, there was a guy arrested that supposedly ex FBI reminded me of some probably unknown whistleblowers from like 20 yrs I think the term was economic terrorists, abc depts would send in other countries, undercover guys to steer groups against their govts. If they got caught they would be on their own, dept would disavow any responsibility.. is that what happened with him, were there others?
