THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT OF 1935 WAS ANOTHER UNCONSTITUTIONAL TAX LEVIED AGAINST THE PEOPLE...THE GOVT TOOK AWAY THE PEOPLES RIGHT TO SELF SOVEREIGNTY OF THAT PORTION OF THEIR INCOME...THE GOVT DEEMED THE PEOPLE TOO STUPID FOR SELF DETERMINATION OF THEIR ASSETS.....THE SS ADMINISTRATION WAS HERALDED AS THE SAVIOR OF THE ELDERLY...THE MONEY WAS TO BE INVESTED WISELY TO REAP THE HIGHEST INTEREST RATES DURING YOUR LIFETIME...THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WOULD HAVE BEEN MONUMENTAL HAD IT HAPPENED THAT WAY......THE TRUTH...... POLITICIANS HAVE ROBBED SS BLIND FROM THE VERY START REDUCING THE GROSS INVESTMENTS DRAMATICALLY....NO SS MONEY HAS EVER BEEN REPAID LOWERING THE FUNDS AND BENEFITS TO RECIPIENTS.....I LOOK FOR A SHAKEUP OF SS SOON.......MY OPINION
