We have a remarkable God given immune system that needs to work to stay strong. Those sniffles, cough and fever are your immune system in action. One of the BEST things people can do is do the things that support your immune system. Such as:
Adequate hydration with filtered alkaline water
Healthy organic non processed diet
NO soda or bottled water
Daily exercise like a brisk walk fo 30-45 min
Deep breathing exercises
Reduce stress and increase spiritual health
(pray, laugh, meditate, dance, clapping, ground, relax, enjoy friendships etc)
Sunshine and fresh air
Adequate sleep
No fast so called "food"
No vaccines, especially in children
