Johnson is the 119th as an incumbent.
45th was Samuel Randall who held from December 4, 1876 through March 4, 1879.
44th, Micheal Kerr, ended on March 4, 1877.

My understanding is that the corp legislation was in 1873.
I hope she and Ariel are correct but the dates don't line up. I see a Freudian slip from an excited man thinking of Trump as 45, wishful thinking, and a coincidence. (ya, ya, ya; there are no coincidences, except sometimes that's all they are. and these dates only approximately close)
If Trump is sworn in as the 19th POTUS on Monday; that will get my attention.
