It's MY belief that the entire Jimmy Carter "funeral" was CGI.
POSSIBLY real, but with actors wearing masks...but it just looked fake to me.

Just curious…I know nothing about this and just asking. Is there any situation where they wouldn’t wear these items on the uniforms? My intuition tells me ..no…but ..I know nothing of this. And this has been pointed out before.
