"Biden signed into law Monday the latest iteration of the ridiculously named Autism CARES Act. There was no media coverage of this non-event. Perhaps because 18 years after its inception, this bill funds what some claim to be the federal autism research efforts, we are still waiting for something, anything, of VALUE to either families dealing with autism, or that answers any of the basic questions about autism. And the reasons for that are simple: the US autism research budget is trivial and much of it is misdirected."
