Many continue to speculate that USSS is referring to US Secret Service. I don't believe that to be true. I believe USSS is referring to Camp David, which was also referred to as USS Snangri-La by Franklin Roosevelt.
Now, it is being reported that the President has pushed things to COGCON 2. There were a lot of reports about messages being sent out a bit ago.

If you look at the COGCON info here: https://whitehouse.gov1.in... and scroll down to the section about Evacuating the President you will see that he would leave on an E-4B, likely staying airborne for some time, and then potentially heading to the undergrouond bunker at Camp David (USS Shangri-La).
