ISIS Flag inside the truck. Two IEDs/weapons in the truck.
Safety barriers that could have stopped his attack were broken.
Several people on video planting potential explosive devices in the truck beforehand.
15 dead, 30 severely injured.
Speculation: He sounds like an anchor baby; but being born to parents subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign country/religion won't make you (and should NOT) make you a good citizen, Being taught to hate America cancels out a lot; military service won't create a patriot under these circumstances.
