The simple solution to avoiding deception in these last days is to refrain from trusting in man
Let God be true and every man a liar
Trust in Christ alone
Trust in His Promises. Not mans
Life is much better this way
Turn off Fox News and CNN
Stop looking to man for answers
Open up the Word of God
All the answers we need can be found in the holy scriptures
The road to eternal life is narrow. It’s lonely. Few find it. But it's better to walk alone, than with a crowd going in the wrong direction

I would mostly agree. The Bible these days however has become its own slippery slope of deception. 'Bible' is a relative term and it is important not to make it an idol.
There are over 50 versions online that say very different things.
