I have had migraines and severe neck pain for 5 days ... I'm choking on the heavy painkillers .... What to do?

Lidocaine cream or roll on
Hot or cold compress at base of neck
I put a bag of ice at the base on neck 1 and 2nd vertiabre.
Try hot tea with a little alcohol in it.
Nasaids. Aspirin alieve ect..
Hot shower on neck
Helps my neck back pain
