They dont include the names that are not terribley known... and thats a really vital part of the picture... those people are the local lords and land owners... the socialites linked to aristocracy as opposed to celebrity...

That keeps the problem 'over there' as opposed to 'right here'...

Its always hollywood based and the known names but there is a much more immediate picture that connects the companies being used locally to fuck shit up...

Those names get missed...
