Make your own sourdough - it's fairly easy (use a good organic flour like Sunrise Mills) - there are many videos and websites that will show you how. You just need to buy the starter and the flour which are available online (or sometimes you can get a starter from a neighbor or friend who makes sourdough which is becoming very popular today).
