Typical. Classify embarrassing mistakes so you can hide from the shame; such as a Commanding Officer who gets the clap on shore leave and hides it from his wife by classifying Senior Officer Shore Leave (this is an example, not a real event).
But, then again it could be classified because they're up to something. Psyop, anyone?
