1. Stop destroying your body with poisoned shots meant to kill you, not heal you.
2. Take off that damn mask, you're not getting fresh air into your body and you'll never get over being sick, it'll only get worse.
Treat the symptoms of the flu, keep yourself hydrated and get as much rest as you can as it helps your body heal.
3. Love yourself enough to do research on what you've allowed to be done to you, it's a terrible form of mental and physical abuse.
4. Put your faith in God, not science. You're not alone and I'm praying for you.
