DEI is all the rage for Federal Agencies, but are DEI hires effective, or just political theater? When a Secret Service agent opened fire on Ryan Routh, Trump's would-be assassin, from five feet away — AND MISSED EVERY SHOT they're just political theater. Does that remind anyone of the female SS agent who couldn't holster her weapon?
