A robust and healthy immune system is one of our greatest gifts from our loving God. We get dis-ease when the functioning of our immune systems are disrupted. Vaccines, chemicals, unhealthy sedentary lifestyles, poor diets, dehydration are among the causes for this disruption. 😇
