You can get organic tobacco's and chew or smoke. Look up the base molecule of the B vitamin Niacin.
It also cleared the voices in a friend's head who was diagnosed with schizophrenia. But the doctors kept pushing him psycho meds. He died.
Many of us who smoke or chew use it to keep our focus. Some call it ADD or ADHD.
It is also one of the oldest insecticide compounds known.
A friend quit some years back and developed asthma. His doc told him that is common as something in the smoke keeps asthma under control. Now he carries steroid inhalers. Oh well

Thanks for the info. People are given clues but taking the next step is hard, especially when hard-nosed realists take the medical approach as the best choice.
I got 2 doses of Remdesivir in the hospital. I got discharged because I was wandering the hospital floor asking to be set free.
The nicotine patch speeded my recovery from snake venom poisoning.I was clueless until I saw a Dr. Ardis interview.
His findings proved the medical industry was lying to us, or they just didn't know how important nicotine was to a functioning human being!
