United Healthcare I’m extremely Disappointed in your Management & Advocates that they do not know how How To speak or treat People With Mental Illnesses they would rather hang up on you than deal with someone with mental illness, I called for Help there was NO sense of urgency to Help Me. I filled a complaint against United Healthcare Administrators It took them 10 days to respond without Empathy or compassion towards my Mental Illness. With mental illness on the rise in the United States you would figure United Healthcare Would Train their Management team and Advocates would have the proper training to deal with individuals that call for Help with Mental Illnesses. I wait for the day that someone with mental illness commits Suicide be they Lack the experience to deal with someone that’s asking for help and Does not receive in due time!!!!!!!!!
