a Process also Known as Canvassing. Many STATES also Do a Post-Election Audit to VERIFY that VOTING EQUIPMENT used during the ELECTION Counted the VOTES CORRECTLY. In Extremely Close Races, a Recount may be Required, potentially Extending the Process.
