“People are shocked by what an American high school Gym class looked like in the 1960’s”
The rapid Physical decline of young men isn’t by chance - it’s been socially engineered.
Also the internet.

🌟 I do remember when President JFK's 1960's Phys-Ed Class launched in our High School ...testing the physical fitness levels of school-age youth in the US. i found it bolstered my strength and well-being.👍 It definitely had a positive impact on improving the nation's physical fitness!
NOT so militaristic grueling in my high school as in this video 😆 I think the video was of the La Sierra High School. Its remarkable achievements caught the attention of none other than President John F. Kennedy, who was so inspired by their results that he issued his renowned call for a "Great National Effort" to improve the physical fitness of Americans.

🌟 When you achieved a score above the 85th percentile, it would make you eligible for the prestigious Presidential Physical Fitness Award. I still have that certificate today! 🌟👏

I remember it as a female we had our own strict standards. Every day in gym class, jumping jacks, running, sit-ups, knee bent push-ups, bars, playing volleyball, tennis, basketball, archery, softball while wearing our ugly gym suits. 😆
