Step 1: ABOLISH the DEBT
Step 2: ABOLISH the IRS
Step 3: Put in TARIFFS!
Step 4: ABOLISH the CBS
Step 5: Have BANK NOTES that are BACKED by REAL silver and GOLD! (and other viable things such as oil)
You'd be amazed how QUICKLY things would FIX THEMSELVES, over time!
