If everyone would stop buying this junk food, it would force changes in the products or even better, none of the products available in stores if they don't sell. Nobody need Doritos, Trix cereal,Gatorade, or anything McDonald's. Instead eat:
☆Organic fruit, clean nuts, homemade snack bars or organic olive oil popcorn for snacks
☆Buy organic cereal without seed oils or serve organic free range eggs, organic fruit for breakfast. Make homemade fruit muffins, etc.
☆Drink filtered alkaline water with a pinch of celtic salt and lemon juice as a sports drink.
☆Make your own hamburgers and fries at home. Use organic 100% grass fed and finished ground beef, organic lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Make fries with organic potatoes and organic olive oil. Bake the potatoes in the oven.
☆Make homemade cookies, brownies, etc for treats. 😇

It's pretty easy to avoid these products, but right now organics are more expensive. I don't believe that will be the case in the near future.

I know, it should be just the opposite, organic should be less expensive so people will eat better. This alone will bring down healthcare costs. 😉
