• Clause 3 extends censorship efforts to reach beyond Australian borders
• Clause 13 says that if a US citizen (for example) based in Arkansas makes a post about saaaay, an alternative treatment to Covid, like Ivermectin…
—— If an Aussie reads that “disinformation”, that post could be used to target platforms like X, and subjugate them to large hefty fines.
In a nutshell, it’s a backdoor attempt to get around the US Constitution and censor Americans.. by twisting the arms of Platform owners, like Elon Musk and Donald Trump.
