From what I've researched, seems the 'seed of the serpent' is reptilian hybrids. So rhe devil - satan - dragon - serpent has offspring. Cain is believed to be one of them, and the progenitor of the Canaanites/ Kenites; he is not listed in the genealogy of Adam.
