I have waited for this day for 4 years and today I found out my big beautiful golden retriever is dying. He is the goodest boy my best buddy. I haven’t peed alone for 9 years. Even tonight he’s breaking in the bathroom door to guard me while I pee.
I thought the election was the BIG day it’s NOT the big day is when everything else becomes nothing.
Im devastated. Nothing is more precious than LIfe and love.
I love that big beautiful drama king who runs my household.

I'm so sorry, Yvonne. How bad is it? I ask because my dog (who is my everything) was diagnosed with two heart conditions, 2 years ago. I thought at most we would have 3-6 months. Her heart rate is now down to 24 beats per minute (and should be 70-90), but she's still doing well, considering. I pray daily for her, and so many here did, as well. I will add your pup to my prayers. Will you share his name?
