If you have an LLC or a business, did you file your BOI yet?
This is more fuckery from the Treasury Department this time and they say it is to chase shell companies to find out who owns it to prevent money laudering and other similar crimes, but I think it is just more Biden-Harris skullduggery.
There are huge daily penalties if you are supposed to file and do not. And I never received anything in the mail or email from the Treasury Department and saw nothing in the papers all year. I only got a 3rd party wanting me to pay them to file for me, which I did for myself.
There is a lawsuit in Alabama that has a stay but it does not apply to Florida where I live.

Anything that is registered with the state has got to file the form. At least we don't have to pay anything.
