Mom and I just went to early vote, it was crazy. Not only was the traffic a nightmare, but people were standing outside in the rain. The voting was at our sportscenter, Its big enough to have ball games and concerts, but they wouldn't let people in out of the rain. The line outside was at least the length of 2 football fields. Don't know what it looked like inside because we left. Mom couldn't stand in line that long and not out in the rain.

No. It is intentional - to prevent early voting... I am sure you were not the only ones who left before voting.

We are only allowed 3 days for early voting from 8-4.

I think there is a rule that says if you are n line the polling station has to let you in, even after closing time.
