Actually, longer than 3 years. For those of us who were willing to question and investigate on our own as free-thinkers, have not trusted the medical profession for many years. Doctors who only followed guidelines that they were taught, and in the books they read, blindly believing without searching for answers themselves cannot be trusted. Chang my mind....
