If this is born "naturally", I suspect it is an artificially fertilized egg (so again a genetic experiment) inserted into a human.
There is no need to elaborate on what will grow from these genetic experiments..that is, except that the number of male and female archetypes is limited. "Men" about 10 basic types of archetypes, "women" a little more, about 15 archetypes. But they are all similar - no intuition, no empathy (only manifestation of emotions on the outside), no own creativity (only what was programmed during artificial insemination), impossibility of own reproduction, always subordination to "programmers" and fulfillment of command
I know from ex-elite soldier that they in such hospitals pure live newborns were stolen or mistaken for programmed bio-robots - hence the examination during pregnancy (taking the mother's DNA). It was done in Germany at the Hamburg Hospital by the port, among others hospitals...Most of the transport ships in Hamburg belong to the Rothschild family
