Material donations needed immediately
We will continue to accept donations at Rumple, but only the items listed below, which change daily (sometimes even hourly). We are also listing specific requests from other locations to drop off donations.
We are blessed to have received so many donations. At this point, please look on social media for other places requesting specific items. Needs are changing rapidly, and we will continue to highlight new, urgent needs on this page.

Hospitality House is updating its Facebook page as the quickest way to get its ever-changing needs list out to the public. Here is a link to their Facebook page. You can scroll down and see their needs and volunteer opportunities. Their greatest need is monetary donations at this time. Some of their storage facilities and structures have sustained damage that will need repairs, and the additional newly homeless population is straining their resources. Please only bring material donations to them if you have checked their most recent Facebook post of needs.

HCC needs 4-8 drivers/riders to deliver food, heaters, etc., next week, October 21. Please contact Rumple member Paul Horton if you are able to help with this need.
Foscoe Grandfather Community Center
The community center is looking for volunteers to help sort supplies inside and help clean up their park outside. The center is also looking for propane heaters and camp stoves if you are able to donate. Please contact Rumple member Mike Mayfield to coordinate heater delivery if you are unable to drop them off at the center yourself. 233 Park Road, Banner Elk, NC 28604, 828-963-7272
