What exactly is MARTIAL LAW??? 🚨🚨
During Martial Law which can be enacted on a Federal level by either Executive order from the President or by Act of Congress (US Military). MANY of your basic “rights” are basically stripped from you. Martial Law can also be enforced by a state’s Governor using the state’s National Guard troops
The HIGHEST ranking Military Commander on the ground then becomes head of the Civilian Government for the duration of Martial Law
⚠️SUSPENSION of the 1st Amendment (Right to freedom of speech/assembly/press)
⚠️SUSPENSION of the 2nd Amendment (Right to bear arms and form militias) They can even forcefully CONFISCATE ALL firearms if it’s a “civil unrest”
⚠️SUSPENSION of the 3rd Amendment (Freedom from housing soldiers)
⚠️POSSIBLE SUSPENSION of the 4th Amendment (Protection from unreasonable search & seizure) ESPECIALLY if the Govt. sees you as a “domestic terrorist”
