Your entire nervous system runs on Potassium and sodium.
Acetylcholine triggers the reaction.
Platelets, (fat) carry the reaction to the brain or spinal cord in a wave like form to multiply the speed or the message sent, exponentially faster than the sodium and potassium can do on their own.
The platelets are made up myelin.
Myelin is mostly composed of cholesterol.
Medicine tells us to eat less salt and have a low cholesterol diet.
Healthy people don't fund big pharma.
Alzheimer's and the depletion of myelin on the brain.
They tell you to cut out salt and lower your cholesterol levels.
Both required in large amounts to keep the body functioning properly.
