Feds say there's no money left for hurricanes after FEMA spent $640M on migrants
"We are expecting another hurricane hitting," DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told reporters. "We do not have the funds. FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season and what -- what is imminent."
