The "Strike" is nothing more than a planned outage w/ those workers under N.D.A.s and being paid to PLAY THE PART of striking union workers. It's a military operation to swap out the payments systems for port workers, as well as shipping data updates to negate the ability for human trafficking thru the port systems.
