My son has been filling out apps for employment...
There are 3 Questions on there that blow my mind:
*what sex are you?
*Have you been diagnosed with a mental issue?
*Social Security number
👉A former employer told him the companies that hire people with mental issues get a financial bonus for employing them.
👉If you put your SSN on any application, your # now goes out on blast.
AFTER ALL THAT, THERE IS NO QUESTION ABOUT BEING AN AMERICAN CITIZEN.

When you get hired, you are required to fill out an I-9. That deals with the citizen/immigration issue.

As a former hiring manager...isn't it odd that the question of immigration would come AFTER someone is hired?
Seems backwards to me.
