Federal Care Act paid hospitals thousands of dollars to put patients in ICU or on ventilators, causing many needless deaths during the Covid fiasco. For the frail and elderly, the ventilator was a death sentence, being forced to be sedated and paralyzed for days .

They didn't just kill the elderly, they killed many. My 50 year old niece's husband, father of five, was sent to the hospital (pneumonia I personally believe) but was not treated for pneumonia. He was given the Covid Protocol of Remdesivir and when he got worse, they sedated him and put him on a ventilator. The Dr even told my niece that none of his prior patients had survived it. Yet the Dr recommended it and did it again. How many more after that?
