The city of Mishawaka, Indiana just welcomed at least three bus loads full of them yesterday at our local mall.. My husband was in his truck waiting for us and watching them and a woman actually walked over to him and told him he needed to back away and give them the privacy… he said they were handing the envelope as they got off the bus..
