Not holding my breath. With a Nov 26th date, he would be President elect. I'm sure this Judge could still sentence him.
Haven't some already indicated they will find a way not certify a Trump win?
IMO, this will be overturned, Does delaying sentencing, delay appeals?
Feels like they want to keep the "Felon" tag until after the election.
